I’m Niesha “Nie” Mosely, Founder and CEO of Heallionaire Inc., a human development and well-being company built on the belief that the greatest wealth we can build begins within. Through transformative learning experiences, coaching, meaningful conversations, and movement, I help individuals and organizations invest in the internal assets that shape how they lead, connect, and thrive.

With more than 16 years of global experience in human resources, organizational development, and people strategy, I’ve advised leaders and supported organizations ranging from emerging businesses to global enterprises with more than 340,000 employees. My work has taken me across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, shaping a culturally informed perspective on leadership and human development.

Since founding Heallionaire in 2020, I’ve been on a mission to challenge conventional definitions of wealth. I believe that our energy, presence, emotional agility, relationships, and well-being are among our most valuable assets, and they deserve the same intentional investment we give to our financial futures.

I hold a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Development and a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Through Heallionaire, I bring together my professional expertise and personal philosophy to inspire people to redefine what it means to be wealthy and build a life of value, fulfillment, and abundance that extends far beyond the financial.
